Short summary of the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method:

   * get rid of any conventional toothpaste
   * substitute the toothpaste with a live, sugar-free yoghurt
   * brush teeth as you would normally with the yoghurt
   * brush and swallow until all teeth are covered
   * at other times you brush teeth during the day use just water

Do you have to believe in it to make it work?

Perhaps when you start a new method you'll be
told how important it is to believe in the method.

I've had people commenting that they are interested in
using the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method but they're
still not convinced it will work.

Now this actually does not matter much. A fact is that
when I started using this method I didn't know I was using
it. But it still worked. So rest assured you don't have to
be convinced or have belief in the method. It will work fine
just as well, as long as you keep the procedure correct.

As I described in an earlier post it abolished long-term
toothache in three days completely.
Did your dentist tell you this?

Feeding on what?

For a short recap: we use yoghurt instead of toothpaste when brushing teeth. The yoghurt is a live culture made of various bacteria inherent. Now as you may suspect, as bacteria are living creatures they also need feed. Actually as we are living creatures - human beings - we stuff feed or as we call it food into our mouth. In that food there is ample nutrition for our bacterial buddies. However these food leftovers feed both the good bacteria good guys and the bad. What they like most of it is the sugar. They eat the sugar and produce acid, as simple as that. However an interesting point to observe is that bacteria can eat other bacteria thus 'cleaning up' the overall picture. We attempt to let the good guys bacteria in yoghurt outnumber the inherent bad guys bacteria when using the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method.

The Live Culture Yoghurt Description

I remember reading a book once in the seventies written  by a German doctor named Johannes Kuhl. The book's title was in translation: Food to ward off cancer. In the book Doctor Kuhl outlines the reasons for generic cancer and its treatment. Basically what he narrates in the book is that cancer and a lot of other intestinal diseases are caused by imbalances in the ratio between acid and base in the body. The solution is to counterbalance your diet to augment base property in the body. Foods are usually categorized by resulting in either base or acid influence. In the book he describes properties of yoghurt and their base influence on the human body.
However this blog does not deal with cancer treatment but with toothache treatment. Interesting though is that both methods are pretty similar in parts, although the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method is a variation of Doctor Kuhl's methods.
Now to some properties of yoghurt. We all know that eating yoghurt fixes the digestive system and makes it stay healthy. This is a common preach by most Doctors, ok. There are basically four different bacteria to look out for in a live yoghurt culture. They are: acidophilus, bulgaricus, thermophilus, and bifidobacteria.  These four guys are the good guys working for us when we remove the odious toothpaste to restore dental hygiene with the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method.

Was the Amalgam Scam the last one?

As some of you may know there is a controversy between advocates of amalgam fillings if they are poisonous or not. The fact is they contain mercury and that metal is one of the most lethal known to humans. No doubt the whole idea of fillings made up of poison is considered a scam in Sweden and Norway for instance. These are illegal and dentists using them are prosecuted in a court of law.

Ok, so I get this question at times from people: was this the last dental scam or do I know of any more?

The plain answer is: It is not the last.

An ongoing one is this: you are made to believe that toothpaste is healthy for teeth.
Truth is: toothpaste contains abrasive made from cow hoofs that is supposed to brighten your teeth but instead cracks the enamel coatings of teeth and make them vulnerable to acid attack resulting in caries.

Another scam: you are made to believe that it is normal and necessary to pay a visit and a bill to a dentist once and even twice a year.

Truth is: with the yoghurt toothpaste replacer method you need not pay a visit for generic toothache reasons at all.

Fermentation and its implication on your household

A small walkthrough of a biochemical process is perhaps warranted. This will just be a quick start for an explanation of the basics of yoghurt live culture and its contact with milk.

Firstly a live yoghurt culture is put into cow milk during a heating process similar to bread baking. The  milk must not be in contact with open air. The temperature is approximately 60 degrees celsius in the process of yoghurt making.

The bacteria in the live yoghurt culture starts to consume the sugar in the milk. The sugar is called lactose and this process is called fermentation.

The fermentation causes lactic acid to be produced. Apart from that, a plethora of different bacteria now lives in the milk and the milk has now become a yoghurt.

This process of fermentation has been used by mankind for thousands of years and is well known to many civilizations, including our own.

So to recap: live yoghurt culture fermented with lactose produces lactic acid, now called yoghurt.

The yoghurt thus produced has the fantastic properties that qualifies it as a supreme toothpaste and toothache remover.

Yoghurt won't hurt..

On the contrary yoghurt will remedy a plethora of ailments and inconsistencies in the health immune system. What we are basically searching for are natural, organic health immune system enhancers.
That is we are striving to sharpen our bodily defences against all attacking forces that may be entering our bodies or a specific part of it like the mouth and its cavities.
To be more specific: there are a large number of bacteria working or eating and living in every human mouth. This wether you like it or not, this is just plain fact. This is not cotrollable. However, what is controllable is what bacteria we have in our mouth immune system. This is essentially deciding if we will have a generic toothache symptom situation or if we have a surplus of immune system enhance bacteria. The latter happens when yoghurt enters the scene as the toothpaste replacer it has to be if we want a balance to immunity advantage. We will next be looking more at what these bacteria are and why they act in the ways they do. Be sure to follow once you want toothache belong to your souvenirs!

Financial gain on yoghurt toothache killer.

Apart from beneficial health consequences of the yoghurt toothpaste substitution method there are more benefits to follow by all means. To name a few, I could for instance mention a low to none dentist bill that will be the outcome of fewer visits for dental services. Once you learn to take care of your teeth in an organically proper fashion your economy will follow suit. Also you will find time saved when not going to dental clinics so often any more. Although the medical gains of the method are what we stress here, the economical are worth mention.

In an upcoming post I will get into some technical details of yoghurt architecture. This is important to follow even if the technical knowledge may not be necessary for the method's success. It is fine to know some of this when you tell others about your results ahead.

Can't I just eat it?

Why do you need to use the yoghurt on a tooth brush?
You could think that perhaps just eating the yoghurt would do
equally fine?

My own experience is that just eating it will not help toothache
go away. The trick works when you do the brushing. However
eating yoghurt has many good health implications per se but not
for toothache which is what we are looking at here.

What did the Dentist say?

Perhaps you may be wondering how my dentist Doctor Borg (not Bjorn) reacted to the news of the Yoghurt mixture toothpaste replacer method. Sceptical? Surprised? Respectful?

I'd say a mix of these and the reaction to something he had never heard of before. It was actually something he never really understood or would dive deeper into for knowing more it seemed. A fact is he was planning to take samples of my dental data to the dental university for assistance from researchers there to help him in solving my dental enigmas.

Now as the problem vanished this blog was born instead to aid toothachers around the globe in their pursuit of dental happiness.

In an upcoming post I will point at financial benefits of the Yoghurt mixture toothpaste replacer method.

How Do I know if I have Toothache?

Perhaps you are not sure if there is a generic toothache going on in a certain tooth. However there is an easy way to detect an upcoming generic toothache. Just put a plum stone between the upper and lower teeth that ordinarily meet when you press jaws together. If the teeth are entirely healthy there will be no pain whatsoever in neither the upper nor the lower tooth.

If one or both are sick you will feel a distinct pain growing stronger as you press the plum stone harder between the teeth. This method is very efficient for localizing tooth pains and their whereabouts. Remember to press very gently and increase pressure once you make sure you can. Caution is recommended if you have a distinct toothache but just want to identify the culprit tooth, as this method else could augment pains.

Lawsuit for facelook?

Hi Guys, yoghurt image disputer here in Swedish newspaper article:  Turk goes Greek?

Properties of Yoghurt

Reason to why there is a solution to generic toothache causes, are in the properties of yoghurt.
It must be pointed out that there are properties in yoghurt that are a monument of biological
wisdom that goes far beyond any man-made medicine. I am not going into the reasons for this
now but can just make this observation for now.

To showcase just a few: during fermentation, the natural benevolent bacteria in yoghurt turns lactose into lactic acid. One property worth showcasing in youghurt is its bacteria consuming decay bacteria in symbiosis with these.

There are several others that will be touched upon here on the blog but these are just samples of yoghurt´s properties that will enhance the user´s dental remedy experience.

The properties in themselves are the basis upon which the remedies for tooth ailments rest.

Time for brushing teeth...

Perhaps it may be of interest to expand somewhat on when yoghurt tooth brushing goes into play in my daily routine. So I send a note here on this now.

Yes I brush my teeth with the the yoghurt mix once after breakfast is done. Then another time before going to sleep at night. Then so it happens that I brush teeth in just water, say just after lunch. Actually my teeth accept this routine and give ample allowance for chocolate consumption in between as I have described in earlier posts. Today I met a tennis trainer who suggested I display my teeth on image to show they are well and kicking. I may consider this option later on.

Sour or sweet? (yoghurt without sugar for toothpaste)

I often get the question: what goes instead of toothpaste?

Let's see what this could be...

Yes, time today for yoghurt purchase in som local
grocery stores in Trelleborg, South Sweden.

When mixing the toothpaste replacer I use a mix of
one low fat(3%) yoghurt that's locally produced here
and a typical high fat (10%) mediterranean creamy type.
The fat one today is a Greek one in a plastic bucket.
Love that greek: giaourti me lipara (yoghurt with cream).

The mix eventually looks just like any toothpaste.

And by the way one big difference: never need to spit
out this yoghurt mix but swallow and enjoy instead!

From now on you'll find that brushing teeth can be a pleasure
not a drag as it is using regular toothpaste.

Reminder: Toothache is a symptom of bad state

Firstly we define what a generic toothache is: a  toothache that comes creeping into our mouth without any apparent reason.

To recapitulate: A generic toothache tends more to be a symptom of a wrong state than an issue by itself.

Stated in plain english: a toothache is a signal from your body telling you that something is wrong in your dental health.

Toothache gone after brushing teeth with yoghurt instead of toothpaste

Yes, guys you guessed right! It was yoghurt in that drinking glass! So I started brushing my teeth with yoghurt thus replacing the abominable toothpaste. After the first night the morning after there was a remarkably lower intensity of pain than what had been earlier.
Was this a mere coincidence? No, the time that followed shows that this relief was here to stay.

In upcoming posts I will expand on the subject of why yoghurt helps for toothache. You must note that I am not saying you need to eat it - that won't help your toothache at all. You have to apply it as you would toothpaste or else you will have no cure. More coming up on posts ahead.

Toothache, Symptom or Issue?

So, back on the job to continue the story of what happened the night things turned around for good. Ok, there was particularly one tooth that ached like....
Not sure exactly how things came about or why but I remember I realized more and more that my tooth pains actually were a symptom of something being wrong. An health issue where the toothache is a symptom more than an issue or cause in itself. Now we were getting closer to the solution. Must admit though at the time I was not as  rational of thought as may sound. So what did I do?
I started looking in the refrigerator for various stuffs that mess in there.
Was it milk? No
Was it cream? No
It was something else but still something white and creamy. Something that starts with Y!
This I put into a drinking glass and put a toothbrush into.

Find out in next post what was in the drinking glass or have you already guessed it?

Two Component Solution for Generic Toothache

Just to remind you that the solution I am presenting for Generic Toothache is composed of two distinct components that are necessary for the fix. The first I have already disclosed in an earlier post. The first component is: cease using toothpaste for tooth cleaning. I am sure everyone then asks what if anything do I use instead? Fair question, indeed! The answer to this question will be given in an upcoming post here on the blog.
Firstly, though I will continue the story from the earlier post and then we get to the second component of the Two Component Solution for Generic Toothpaste. I' ll do that in the next post.

Five years of pain gone in three days for good

Today, first of all I thank you all who have subscribed to my blog!

You may be wondering why I run it at all. Is it for profit? Is it for
fun? No my conviction is that with the findings I did last year it
would be outright evil  not to let others know. The purpose of blog
is to help people with toothache issues to know what can be done
to completely get rid of those. I mean the issues not the people, ok!
Well, that's for the humour. Now let's get to work!

Now we go back in time a bit. More specifically to late last August in
a balmy summer Skane as the southernmost province of Sweden is called.
Back then I had a continuing tooth pain that would be triggered easily now
and then by the smallest movement, touch of chin, eat of sugar product.
To be blunt about it, I much too often soothed it with a Whiskey or two.
That didn't help but it relieved the pain for a while, ok.

I won't bore you too much with the details but you can be aware of
that I know what it is like. It can really get a man down on his knees.
Probably a woman as well, too.

But......,  then something happened, yes...........!! What?

to be continued....(stay tuned as the say on CNN)

Watching some pieces of Chocolate...

Just had a small late evening dinner. Sipping tea drenched
with honey. These chocolate pieces are actually made for
baking and contain more sugar than dark chocolate does
which is my favourite actually. This I mix with some raisins
I eat dry here. Spring is really attemtping to conquer south
Sweden. Oh, by the way this is my evening routine, dentists!

Cheers!

Some Tweets on toothache

Today I'll post some tweets on toothache right on the fly.
We do a search on Twitter: toothache, and let's see what
we get:
xxxotie504 well what cures a toothache..?
xxx Dis toothache really got me aggy
xxxg my bet is on DECAY TOOTH for causing all thetoothache! ARGH nooooO!!!! :(
xxxwery Got da worst toothache ever in life...too much damn candy
xxxeex ive got toothache, BOOOO
and it goes on...

What dentists don't tell us is that: Tootache is caused by imbalance  in the ratio between acid and base.
This means that your mouth basically has a too sour environment. This causes caries too start decaying
your teeth. If this mouth environment would turn base, the caries would cease too grow, ok.
